Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order? Every Little Cow Shop item is made especially for you the moment you place your order. This means it takes a little longer than traditional retail, but it also means less waste and more thoughtful production. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within the US.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind every item we sell. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
✅ What we cover
We will issue a full refund or reshipment if your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Misprinted
❌ What we don't cover
- Change of mind or accidental orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
📸 How to request a refund
Email us at hello@littlecowshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or misprinted item
Please note: photo documentation is required to process any refund or reshipment request, so don't skip this step!
🎁 Gift orders
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the item's value once your request is approved.
If the order was not marked as a gift, we will issue any approved refund to the original purchaser.
⏱ How long do refunds take?
Once your request is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and applied to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when it's issued.
