Shipping & Handling

When will I receive my items?

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping within the US. 

Items purchased from Little Cow Shop are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, so it takes us a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We currently don't offer any other international shipping methods.

 

Returns

What's Your Policy On Exchanges & Returns?

We do not accept returns. Items purchased from Little Cow Shop are only eligible for a full refund or redelivery if products are lost or damaged during shipping, defective items, or misprints. We only accept returns of items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. This does not include swimwear, throw pillows, phone cases, robes, and all custom/made-to-order items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 10-14 business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, send us an email at hello@littlecowshop.com.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

If any purchase arrives damaged or misprinted, please reach out to hello@littlecowshop.com and attach photos of the damaged or misprinted product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will only process a refund or redelivery for products that are lost or damaged during shipping, defective items, or misprints. Email a photo of any damaged item within 30 days of purchase.

 

When will I be refunded?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we issue your refund.
